Novo Rail is an alliance of RailCorp in partnership with Aurecon, Laing O’Rourke and O’Donnell Griffin, set up to deliver a substantial program of infrastructure works across Sydney’s rail network.

By bringing the right team of professionals and experts together under one alliance, Novo Rail is in a position to continually drive better, more efficient project solutions with a strong focus on value for money and innovation.

Novo Rail is also tasked with increasing the pool of skilled resources that are critically in short supply in the rail industry. The end game is to ensure that the availability of critical resources is no longer a constraining factor in the volume of signalling and electrical work that RailCorp can deliver.
